Call the plays in real NFL endings. One drive a day, every call graded on win probability — then compare yourself with the coach who was actually there.
Play today's drill How it works
2 Minute Drill is a free daily NFL play-calling game. You get one real late-game drive — the actual score, clock, down, distance, field position and timeouts from an NFL game — and you make the calls. The game plays out the snap, then grades the decision on how much it improved your team's chance to win. One drive a day, the same for every player, with no download and no account. Fans shorten it to the “2 min drill”; the game is the same idea with your hand on the call sheet.

Run, pass, RPO or trick — 19 calls in four families, plus field goals, punts, spikes, kneels, timeouts and two-point tries when the situation asks for them. On defense you pick the look.
Every call is valued by simulating the rest of the game thousands of times. You see the win-probability swing and a colour grade next to the play, not just the yards.

A 12-yard completion on third-and-18 is not the same decision as a 12-yard completion on third-and-2. So the game grades the decision: before the snap it simulates the rest of the game for every option you had, compares your call with the best one, and scores the difference in win-probability points. The result of the play does not change the grade — a good call that failed is still a good call.
